About the school
Kala Vidhya was formally established in 2017 in Melbourne and is focused on delivering a unique Bharathanatyam program following the Kalakshetra style, along with folk dance that brings out the traditions and culture. Our mission is to invoke a great love for dance while inspiring self-confidence, discipline and respect for this ancient art.
We offer unique programs for kids aged 5 and above. The kids’ classes are structured as play-based learning to ensure children develop a love for the art while slowly being introduced to its discipline. Kala Vidhya also offers adult classes at beginner level, as well as advanced classes for those who want to refresh their learning or learn something new to keep themselves happy and fit.
Classes are based on school terms with some flexibility to fit individual needs. We are committed to delivering a quality learning experience for all our students.
